Authors are expected not to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted if the manuscript has been included in the editorial process (review, layout, etc.) because it is considered detrimental to the editorial team, who have spent time and thought on processing the article. If the author withdraws an article that is in the editorial process, the author must pay compensation for work done during the editorial process.

If there is a correction from the author after the article has been published, for example, if there is an error in the name and affiliation of the author, this can be done without compensation.

Official requests from authors must be sent via email addressed to the editor team leader using the same email address used in the correspondence.

Retraction, Withdrawal, and Correction by the Editor

The editor will consider retracting publication if:

• There is clear evidence that the results of the activity cannot be valid due to falsification of data, errors in calculations, or analysis errors.
• Previous findings have been published elsewhere.
• There are indications of proven plagiarism.
• There is an ethical violation in the implementation of the activity.

The editor will consider making corrections if:

• There were minor errors in the publication that proved to be misleading to readers.
• There is an error in the list of author and contributor names.
